Dimsum Break Promo
If you are hunting for a Dimsum Break promo, here is the honest starting point: I could not verify a nationwide, currently running Dimsum Break promo from the brand’s own channels or from recent listings at the time of writing. That does not mean you will never catch a deal. It means the smart move is to check the branch and the delivery app on the day you order, instead of trusting an old blog post that still shouts about a discount from years ago.
Quick answer: No verified nationwide Dimsum Break promo is running right now. Past deals, all now expired, include buy one take one Steamed Fried Rice at Ayala Center Cebu, foodpanda Cebu vouchers, and a Shell Go+ drive-thru discount. Prices and promos may vary by branch, so confirm in store or in the app before you pay.
Is There a Dimsum Break Promo Right Now?
No verified nationwide promo turned up in my research. Dimsum Break is a Cebu-born chain, and most of its past promos were branch specific or tied to one delivery app in Cebu, not a chainwide sale you could claim anywhere in the Philippines. If a site claims a live nationwide code without showing a date, a branch, or terms, treat it as unproven.
What this means for your order: Budget for the regular menu price, then treat any promo you find on the day as a bonus. A Steamed Fried Rice order, for example, is listed at around Php 127 in recent third-party menu listings, while an older listing puts it at Php 122, so even the base price can shift a little by branch and by listing date.
Check the Branch Before You Go
Branch-only promos are the norm for this chain. The Ayala Center Cebu anniversary deal, for instance, was valid at that branch only and for dine-in only. A quick call to the branch saves you a wasted trip, and the Ayala branch number listed publicly is (032) 223-19300.
What Past Dimsum Break Promos Looked Like?
Past promos tell you what to watch for next time, even though none of these are live now. They were short, branch or app specific, and they came with caps and fine print. Here are the ones with clear dates and terms in public posts.
| Past promo (all expired) | What it offered | Catch |
|---|---|---|
| Buy one take one Steamed Fried Rice, Ayala Center Cebu, February 20, 2024 | One free Steamed Fried Rice per purchase, same variant | Dine-in only, that branch only, max 3 orders per transaction |
| foodpanda Cebu vouchers, July 2024 | 50 percent off with code KAON, and Php 300 off weekends with code LAMI | Minimum orders applied, Php 149 for KAON and Php 599 for LAMI, with a Php 150 max discount on KAON |
| Shell Go+ drive-thru, Banilad Town Centre, June 16 to September 30, 2024 | 10 percent off drive-thru products | Minimum Php 500 purchase, show the app or a Shell receipt |
| Mini Bola-bola Shaopao for Php 10 with Avocado Xie Ping, April 2024 | Mini shaopao at Php 10 when paired with the avocado dessert | Valid April 1 to 30, 2024, at any branch per the post |
| Free Steamed Fried Rice on delivery, April to May 2024 | 1 free Steamed Fried Rice when you ordered 4 of the same for delivery | Ran until May 31, 2024, via the brand’s own delivery site or hotline |
| Any steamed or fried dimsum for Php 55, June 14, 2024 | Any steamed or fried dimsum at Php 55 with at least 1 Steamed Fried Rice | One-day style event, terms applied, DTI permit cited in the post |
Notice the pattern: rice deals, delivery app vouchers, and one-day branch events. If a new Dimsum Break promo appears, it will probably look a lot like one of these, not like a permanent nationwide price cut.
How Do You Find a Current Dimsum Break Promo?
Start with the places where the brand itself posts, then check the apps where you actually pay. That order matters, because a promo only counts if it is live where you order.
- Check the brand’s Facebook page first. Past promos were announced there, with branch, dates, and terms in the same post. No date and no terms means no deal you can rely on.
- Open GrabFood and foodpanda in Cebu. App vouchers are often app-only and city-only, so a voucher your friend in Manila sees may not show up in Cebu, and the reverse is true too.
- Check the brand’s own delivery channel. Dimsum Break has promoted ordering through iwantdimsum.com and its hotline, 2DIMSUM (234-6786). Delivery-only deals have run there before.
- Ask at the counter. Mall branches sometimes run short in-store deals that never make it online, and staff can confirm what is live that day.
Delivery App Vouchers Explained
App vouchers look generous until you read the minimum order and the discount cap. The old KAON voucher, for example, promised 50 percent off but capped the discount at Php 150 and required a Php 149 minimum order. Always check the final checkout total, including delivery fees and service fees, before you call something a saving.
How Do You Avoid Fake Promo Posts?
Fake or stale promo posts are the real trap here. A screenshot with no date can keep circulating for years, and a code from 2024 will just fail at checkout. Use this quick check before you get your hopes up.
- Look for a start date, an end date, and a named branch or app. A real promo post has all three.
- Watch for DTI permit numbers on big Philippine promos. Their presence is a good sign, though it does not prove a deal is still live.
- Never pay a fee or share a code to “unlock” a promo. Real restaurant promos do not work that way.
- If the deal sounds too big, like everything half price with no minimum, assume it is expired or made up until the branch confirms it.
Honest note: Prices, promos, and branch details in this article come from public third-party listings and archived brand posts, not from a live Dimsum Break price board I could verify on the day of writing. Prices may vary by branch, and delivery app prices may differ from dine-in prices. Confirm in store or in the app before you order.

Can I get a Dimsum Break discount with Shell Go+? A 10 percent drive-thru discount ran at Banilad Town Centre from June 16 to September 30, 2024. It is expired, and no replacement Shell deal is verified here.
